The company is on call 24 hours 7 days a week and can quickly respond to all matters requiring attention.  All operations management staff and supervisors carry mobile phones.  Australian Service Industries has phone, fax, email and website addresses.

In addition to the standard cleaning services the company can provide the following:

· All forms of general cleaning.

· Window cleaning, all categories.

· Carpet shampooing and steam cleaning.

· High-pressure water cleaning.

· Specialised application of floor treatments to manufacturing plant warehouses, car parks and stairs.

· Cleaning of drapes and blinds

· Emergency services including insurance damage repairs resulting from fire and water, including the removal and replacement of water damaged carpet.

· Construction site cleans (Builders cleans).

· Graffiti removal.

· Pest control.

· Security shutter service.

· Industrial cleaning of plant and equipment.

· Replacement of light bulbs, tubes and starters.

· Sanitary Service.

· Supply of all types of washroom consumable products i.e. hand towels, toilet tissues, soaps etc.

· General maintenance and painting services.

· Tenancy fit-out works and re-instatements.

· Electrical and plumbing works.

· Floor covering replacement and repairs.

· All types of structural repairs and building maintenance.
